Do you rent or lease water coolers and ice machines?
Both. Renting and leasing describe the same arrangement with BottleFree: you pay a monthly rate to use our equipment, and our team installs and services it. The details, including term and pricing, are in a written rental agreement you review before signing.
How does a bottleless water cooler work?
Instead of a 5-gallon jug on top, a bottleless cooler connects to an existing cold-water line. Water is purified on the spot through multi-stage reverse osmosis, then chilled or heated in a sanitized internal tank. It never runs out, and there’s nothing to lift or store.
What does it cost?
You pay a monthly rate based on the machines that fit your needs, so we quote every business individually. Your written quote lists the monthly rate and any one-time charges before you sign anything.
