About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.bottlefree.com (the “site”), operated by BottleFree Solutions (“BottleFree,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Quotes, pricing & leases
- No online sales. You can’t buy or lease equipment through this site. Submitting a quote request doesn’t create a contract or commit you to anything, and it’s free.
- Written quotes. A BottleFree representative will prepare a written quote for your business. The quote states the monthly rate and any one-time charges before you agree to anything. All fees and terms are set out in your signed rental agreement.
- Your lease agreement controls. Each equipment lease is governed by a separate written rental agreement signed by you and BottleFree. That agreement covers its term, pricing, service, any price guarantee and how to cancel. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
- No prices on this site. We don’t publish prices, because they depend on the equipment, quantity and service your business needs.
Product information
We describe equipment as accurately as we can, using information from the manufacturers. Specifications, capacities, features, availability and images may change, and illustrations are representative. Our rep will confirm the exact model and specifications in your quote. Capacity figures (like pounds of ice per day) are manufacturer ratings; actual output varies with water temperature, room temperature and use.
Using this site
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes submitting false information or someone else’s details, sending spam, trying to break or overload the site, or scraping it in ways that harm it. We may block access to anyone who does.
Our content
The site’s text, design, graphics and logos belong to BottleFree or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or business evaluation. Please don’t copy or reuse our content commercially without permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks, like Pure Water Technology and Wellsys, belong to their owners. Using them here doesn’t imply endorsement.
Links to other sites
We link to some third-party sites (such as HubSpot’s privacy policy). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about the site, such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will always be available or error-free. Warranties for equipment and service are only those in your signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BottleFree isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited by law, and it doesn’t change the terms of a signed equipment agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date forward. They don’t apply retroactively to quotes already issued or agreements already signed.
